Byron visited us to help diagnose a fault we've been having with our oven. He was courteous, efficient and communicative throughout explaining his findings in an easy to understand way. He has provided consistently excellent service in the past helping us diagnose a problem with the electrics of our boiler over the phone and assisting in the sourcing and installation of a range hood. Alan was great! He was efficient, clean and proactive. He was also very friendly and a pleasure to have around the house! He fixed two switches and installed our vintage ceiling light, all done perfectly! Will definitely use SES again.
